Standard design turnaround time is 48 hours (or less) depending on the volume of your order.

It is important to us that we receive as much input from you as possible in order to bring your vision to life. Please
make sure to be as specific as possible when sending us your instructions and ideas for your designs. We encourage sending us sketches or other examples if you have them. This helps with placement & size of the elements in your design.
We strive for customer satisfaction so we offer 1 FREE re-edit of any design you purchase. Re-edits are
limited to size, placement, colors & do not constitute entire re-designs. (regular re-edit fees apply thereafter)
Digital Ink Milwaukee & DigitalInkMilwaukee.com are not responsible for misprints or type-o's.
Proofs will be sent to you via email as well as an invoice for your records. Watermarks wills be removed upon payment.

Agreement

 

The Client is responsible for the use of any sketches, images, or photos to be used in accordance with the creation of agreed upon project. Digital Ink Milwaukee is not responsible for the licensing, copyright, trademark or any other rights associated with images or photos provided by Client in any use, reproduction, or duplications in association of agreed upon project. It will remain the Clients responsibility to certify that any sketches, photos, or images provided to be used in accordance with agreed upon project are cleared for use. Client represents and warrants that he/she have the rights to use any proprietary information, including, but not limited to trade secrets, trademarks, logos, copyrights, images, data, figures, content, and the like that it may provide to Designer to be included in agreed upon project. In the event that the Client does not have these rights, Client will repay any associated damages Designer may experience or will take responsibility so that Designer does not experience any damages. Client continues to own any and all proprietary information it shares with Designer during the term of this Agreement for the purposes of the Agreement. Designer has no rights to this proprietary information and may not use it except to complete the Graphic Design services (with exception to the display of any final work on their website or portfolio). Upon completion of the Agreement, Client will own the final Graphic Design Deliverables. We offer 1 free re-edit of your draft to correct any mistakes.
